煮公仔麵的正確方法
好像很好笑﹐無緣無故寫個這麼白痴的題目。誰不懂得煮公仔麵呢﹖還要學來幹嗎﹖
當大家都認為公仔麵是天下間最容易烹調的食物時﹐其實不然﹗要釋放公仔麵的真正潛能﹐並非等閒之煮法可以做得到。現將我的獨門秘方與各位分享﹕
1 - 麵乃是一切之本﹐所以必需選一個上承的公仔麵。個人建議出前一丁麻油麵(日本版﹐City Super有售)或農心韓國辛辣麵。
2 - 先煲一煲大滾水至沸騰。
3 - 在等待水滾時﹐先將味精粉及麻油放在湯碗內
4 - 水滾後﹐將麵放入沸水中煮2分鐘(切記不可過時)
5 - 熄火﹐倒去煲中的水﹐或用『罩喱』隔水
6 - 用冰水﹐或凍水將麵浸1分鐘
7 - 將凍水倒去(可用『罩喱』)
8 - 將麵放入已放有味精粉及麻油的碗中
9 - 加入沸水(可使用熱水壺)
10 - 攪勻味精粉即可享用
只要按照以上方法烹調﹐一個平凡的公仔麵頓然變成美食一頓﹐頗有點石成金之效。煮麵﹐點只3分鐘呀﹖

我一直都知道煮一個麵的秘訣,但沒有這樣做,但睇完後我又再想一想,食物是美味及美妙的,應該要食它的完美。

Absolutely correct, and if any one follows those procedures religiously a bowl of gourmet instant noodles will have to surface. Too bad I have already quit eating instant noodles from Japan due to the high fat and trans fat content contained in the noodles. Good one any way!

本來想睇吓你個方法有機巴閉, 一見之下, 英雄所見略同, 我一直都係用呢個方法煮公仔麵, 真係一模一樣, 唔同的地方只係唔會特定食那種味的麵, 而且我會加少少醋, 食係好重要, 唔好因為佢只係幾塊錢的公仔麵就隨便煮.

我除了沒有“6 - 用冰水﹐或凍水將麵浸1分鐘”的習慣外,其他程序都一樣。
講起公仔麵,我次次去完旅行(除去日本)返港,未落機已好想好想食返碗餐蛋公麵。佢,雖然唔係日日食,已經成為我生活一部份,耐冇得食會掛住o架。

最近用一個很簡單的方法煮出前一丁麻油麵
將麵 , 味粉 , 放入微波爐碗中 , 加滾水
放入微波爐叮 3 分鐘 , 之後加麻油
既方便 , 又好味

絕對好好味很多。日本人是非常賤格的﹐最好的貨物(包括公仔麵)均不外銷。在 Citysuper 買到的還未算最好﹐在日本本地的超市買到的才是最正﹗

a) 一窩水煮沸
b) 下面煮2分30秒到3分鐘(視那一牌子,那一款面)
c) 看自己喜歡而倒掉多少水~ 之後才下調味包~
d) 可以吃囉~

我會用以下方法:
1. 在沸水中下麵煮2分鐘
2. 在碗內放味粉,再放滾水調勻成湯
3. 將麵隔水放入湯中
4. 下少許火腿
3分鐘完成!

炎對煮公仔麵呢家野好隨便,因為通常食得公仔麵都係貪方便,因此無乜點講究煮法。但因為廚藝差勁關係,所以成日都落唔夠水,D麵黏哂係個煲度,煮麵變左煎麵。

i have a question O_o if the soup packet is bad for your health when boiled then what to do if you want to add an egg? if i add it after everything is cooked then it wont mix properly (i like my eggyolk runny and violent mixing would probably break it).. if i add the egg last i still have to cook it awhile for the egg white to set which would result in boiling the soup packet.. any ideas?
p.s. are there any varieties of instant noodles/pasta which does not require cooking (only the addition of hot water like you do on roadtrips) and do not contain the waxy coatings on the noodles?
